Financing

Intandem works closely with the film producer to source and close the financing for the film. Often, Intandem sources the
entire budget for the film when it is appointed as a Producer.

Intandem has a network of enduring relationships with well-respected financiers who are able to provide film funding.
The financiers include secured lenders against tax credits and presales, gap financiers and equity funders.

We are implementing a policy of sourcing equity finance from the Enterprise Investment Scheme (“EIS”) in the UK.
The EIS provides significant tax benefits for investors with UK tax liabilities and can raise up to £5million ($7.5million)
in equity for qualifying films. Our team’s expertise and experience includes accountancy and investment management
which enables us to create exceptional finance strategies for an independent film or slate of films.

Our role as Executive Producers:

1. Acquire films with strong commercial prospects from script stage. Our two main sources of
material are received from producers in Los Angeles and London;

2. Structure the financing for the film in the most efficient way possible by utilizing our
comprehensive database of film financiers. The financing typically includes tax credits,
pre-sales, equity and debt;

3. Structure and execute professional marketing campaigns which are prepared and
implemented by Intandem for each film;

4. Work on all aspects of the creation of the film including script notes
and recommendations for directors and principal cast.

producers using a rigorous selection criteria.
