Change of Stockbroker [ 17/05/2007 ]

Intandem Films plc ("Intandem", "the Company"), the AIM listed international feature film company, today announces that it has appointed St Helens Capital as its sole stockbroker. City Financial Associates Limited will remain as Intandem's nominated advisor.

The Board of Intandem is very pleased with the progress that the Company has made over the last 12 months and feels that it is now appropriate to increase the amount of investment research on the Company to explain its business in more detail to the investment community.

St Helens plans to issue its first research note prior to Intandem's next financial year end which is 30 June 2007.

Intandem is attending the Cannes Film Festival over the next two weeks where it is promoting several films including "And When Did You Last See Your Father?", starring Jim Broadbent and Colin Firth, which is now completed and will be screened twice, and "GallowWalker", starring Wesley Snipes, which is in post production in Los Angeles and is expected to be completed by October 2007. The Company is currently arranging the financing for "How to Lose Friends and Alienate People" starring Simon Pegg, who has recently enjoyed commercial success with the comedy "Hot Fuzz", which is anticipated to commence production in London and New York in June 2007.
